At CrossFit No Regrets we strive to provide our members with the best experience possible. If you need to cancel your membership, we request that you adhere to the following policy:
1. Notice Requirement: Members must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date. This notice can be found and submitted via our website.
2. Effective Date: Your membership will remain active for 30 days following the receipt of your cancellation notice. You will maintain full access to all classes and facilities during this period.
3. Membership Fees: Any fees already paid for the upcoming billing cycle will not be refunded. Members are responsible for any outstanding balances at the time of cancellation.
4. Feedback Welcome: We value your feedback. If you have a reason for your cancellation, please let us know. Your insights help us improve our services.
5. Rejoining: Should you decide to return to CrossFit No Regrets in the future, we would be thrilled to welcome you back!
